Gibco™ Grace's Insect Medium, unsupplemented
Grace's Unsupplemented Insect Medium does not contain lactalbumin hydrolysate or yeastolate, commonly found in the supplemented version. Gibco™ Grace's Unsupplemented Insect Medium is also made without methionine for protein labeling studies.

cGMP Manufacturing and Quality System:
Gibco™ Grace's Unsupplemented Insect Medium is manufactured at a cGMP compliant facility located in Grand Island, New York. The facility is registered with the FDA as a medical device manufacturer and is certified to ISO 13485 standards.
Grace's Unsupplemented Insect Medium requires supplementation with 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS), 50 mg/L methionine, 3.33 g/L lactalbumin hydrolysate and 3.33 g/L yeastolate before use as a growth medium. Grace's Unsupplemented Insect Medium requires ambient CO2 in order to maintain physiological pH.
